Chef Michael Long is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has had an extensive and storied career in restaurants, catering, and private club work, as well as personal chef services. Michael now specializes in cooking for hunting and fishing lodges, camps, and vessels, as well as continuing to be an outstanding private chef for parties, dinners, cookouts, and events.
